About Us

Meirion Jones Associates are an independent family run company working within the Cardiff-Newport-Caerphilly and all CF and NP post codes.

We are not tied to any group and therefore can offer a personal tailored service for one off properties, or on a contract basis for landlords and the rental sector.

We offer Home Information Packs (HIPS) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to the Estate Agent, Conveyancing Solicitor and Home Seller backed with full professional insurance.

We have over thirty years experience within the building industry, initially trained by British Gas as Technician then Technical Training Instructor. A building studies qualification, building regulations part "L" Certificate in Energy Efficiency and a Diploma as a Energy Assessor. Having also worked with many of the leading manufactures in the building industry we are well placed not only to undertake your assessments, but also to offer sound advice on a non partial basis.
